Last friday I visited the site. I found out that roof frames are up. So far I’m very impress with our builder Metricon. Basing on our mymetricon account, all schedules are on track. This coming wednesday, all frames will be completed including the roof. Facia and gutters will also be completed on the same day. Thursday they’ll do the wrapping. At the moment I’m quite certain they’ll wrap house literally excluding the roof. I’m not sure why.
I also noticed that they were able to install window glasses, sliding doors etc.. last week. There’s a been lot of visible movement since day one of house construction. They say that the first and second stage of house construction is quick. The fourth and the last stage of house construction were always been the longest.
I also Just want to post these photos taken last Saturday. Its a rare opportunity to see the rainbow in full arch. It would be better if I have a wider angle lens to cover the phenomena.
