13th Week Metricon House Building

There are several noticeable improvements now that were on the 13th week of house construction. Focusing first on the internal portion of the house, the list are as follows:

1. Wall and Floor tiles were laid.

2. Electrical items were installled such as power points, downlights, switches, kitchen and dining lights.

3. Internal paintings were finished.

4. Ducted heating points (10 of them) were placed as well as smoke alarm.

5. Toilet and laundry basins were installed as well as fittings. The plumber is kind enough to let me in the house though we are already in lock up stage.

External portions:

1. Bricks are 90% completed. The bricks should have been long time finish at this stage however, there has been 2 months delay on the supplier.

2. External doors were fitted.

3. Aerial Antenna were installed.

4. External weather proof powerpoints were installed, portico lights etc…

Base on mymetricon status display, the house is more than 80% completed. The building process is considerably smooth. Were are satisfied with the process.
