Status of our Metricon Home Construction

Its going to be exciting week next week as most of the the final stages will be happening. As per conversation with our site manager, various items will be done.

1. Carpets will be laid.

2. Carpentry works for cabinets.

3. Fit offs will be finished

4. Rendering of portico will be done.

Here’s the snapshot of building progress based on mymetricon homeowner’s site account.

Snapshot shows about 80% of the house construction is completed. All these in 3 months. Amazing.

Here’s the snapshot of what’s going to happen this month. We are looking stage5 chart. The final stage of house construction.

The way its going. We are expecting the house will be ready by January since December will be lean month because trades people will be off for the Christmas season and return to work January.
